About me
Hello, my name is Suwannee and I was born in Chiang Rai, the north of Thailand. I lived on the edge of the town and was always interested in growing rice, vegetables, and food. I actually own a rice field next to my home. My grandmother was always busy in the kitchen at home, and I was always by her side learning from her. Eventually, I decided to explore the world after my studies and lived in the UK, Paris, and Netherlands for a while. As I love traveling, I have been to many places all over the world. In 2007 I returned to Chiang Rai and opened my Chiang Rai Cooking School, the first in this Northern Thai town.
