Hi, my name is Pauline and I am born and bred in Kuala Lumpur. I am very proud of the culinary diversity Malaysia has to offer. I believe in the importance of savoring family recipes passed down from one generation to another. Therefore, I always try to include family restaurants and food stalls dating back decades ago in my food tours. The abundance of food variety in Malaysia stems from the diverse ethnic population of Malays, Chinese, Indian, Eurasian, and Nyonya (Peranakan), so you can imagine what a food Walhalla this place is.
