Traditional Kenyan Woodcraft Class

Description

Our center is part of an initiative with the Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK), where you'll be working with some of our disabled artisans, who we are training to become master carpenters.

Upon arrival, we will show you around our workshop and introduce you to all the different types of arts we make. After that, it is time to get active and put your hands on making some wood carving pieces yourself. It's entirely up to you to decide what you wish to carve!

In the end, you will be able to take home the woodcarving that you have designed as a souvenir from our Mombasa art workshop.
