HIGHLIGHTS
Hi, my name is Sakunthala. Born in the south east of Nepal, in the village of Biratnagar, I am one of six daughters. Eight years ago I came to Kathmandu and since 2011 have taught Nepalese cooking. I offer technical information and show how to deal with making momos, dal bhat, or aloo paratha. My favorite dish is actually the dal bhat, but I like pretty much everything! Together with Asmita I run this cooking class.
We had a great time creating some delicious Nepali food in Kathmandu! It was a wonderful experience and delicious! Thanks so much!
