This experience gives you the opportunity for a ‘hands-on’ cooking experience in the Berber kitchen of my family.
You can assist in the preparation of food at home in M’hamid with my mother and sisters. You can make Harira – a delicious vegetarian staple in the Moroccan cuisine, learn how to make couscous, discover how nomads bake bread in the sand in the Sahara desert and of course, make Moroccan mint tea.
Enjoy the fruits of your labour with the family and share an afternoon of food and cultural exchange.
