Hi, I am Mustapha and this makes a great Marrakech day trip. I will take you to the Imlil Valley.

My driver will pick you up at 9 am in Marrakech. We will stop at various places along the way such like Tahnout, Azrou and we will visit a women cooperative that produces Argan oil.

After the break we will continue via panoramic zig zagging roads of the Atlas Mountains. If it is a Saturday you also have the chance to visit a traditional Berber souk and market in Asni town. We will further continue our journey to Imlil Valley and have a tea or coffee along the way.

As soon as we have arrived in my village we will explore the village, the waterfalls and the amazing views of the highest mountains in the Imlil Valley. You will learn everything about Berber life in this place. After the tour we will enjoy a delicious traditional Berber lunch with a Berber family. After lunch we will continue to another Berber village called Ait Souka.

We will close the day with a camel ride near the Molay Ibrahim River. Between 6 and 7 pm you will be back in Marrakech.

Hi, I am Mustapha and I am born and raised in a Berber village in the Atlas Mountains. I have worked for over 10 years in the Tourism industry as a tour leader with several Europeans & USA tour operators leading their groups around Morocco. I now want to share my experience and knowledge about what Morocco has to offer. I would love to be your host. I live my dream in my Berber village near Marrakech. Life is simple, the scenery is amazing, the neighbors are charming, the food is traditional, fresh and local.

It was a really nice tour, Omar is very friendly and talkative, we had a lot of od fun. I didn't give a maximum simply because we knew more than him about some of the stuff he showed us, but for beginners, it's a really great tour with a helpful guide. He took us to one of the shops for tea and helped us to buy water at a normal price. Really recommend him.

Mustapha is a very helpful tour guide! He was cool, calm and collected. I was lucky to be part of a very small group of 3 but Mustapha gave us as much attention as we need anyway. From riding camels, to having bread and mint tea at argan oil cooperative, and the long trek to Atlas Mountains. He was very patient with me as I was a slow worker. He bought us orange juice at the waterfalls at the mountains and brought us to their own Berber home for lunch. He also took tons of pictures of me, amazing ones I might say and those are precious memories. But above everything - what really amazed me was the fact that he did all these on a Ramadan day. All the talks and guiding us and the long trek under the heat of the sun -- without drinking water and eating anything. I have much much respect. He even made sure I go back to my riad safely. Punctual, courteous, overall nice guru - the amount I paid for the van and all the necessary stuff was worth it, and I knew it would help Mustapha's lovely family who I met. So please do book him, it is worth it!
