Hi, my name is Pauline and I am born and bred in Kuala Lumpur. I am very proud of the culinary diversity Malaysia has to offer. I believe in the importance of savoring family recipes passed down from one generation to another. Therefore I try always to include family restaurants and food stalls that date back to decades ago in my food tours. The abundance of food variety in Malaysia stems from the diverse ethnic population consisting of the Malays, Chinese, Indian, Eurasian and Nyonya (Peranakan) so you can imagine what a food Walhalla this place is.
