Welcome to our camp on top of a hill overlooking Lake Nakuru! Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the entire Nakuru area. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Lake Nakuru. Get in touch with the local community and the children we support via this camp.
We offer 6 full size tents onsite, but you can also bring your own tent.
Deluxe tents have a charming interior and a warm, welcome atmosphere. These tents are each decorated with handmade Kenyan art & furniture. Each tents has a private veranda with chairs where you can relax and enjoy the beauty and peace of the surrounding area. These tents are ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 4 people. We have shared restrooms and showers they are very beautiful and decorated with warm African touch.
The family tent or Ndovu is comfortable and very large. The tent is perfect for groups of friends or parents with children. This tent has uniquely rustic wood furnishings. A full private veranda with chairs and a dining table for a perfect evening of fun and relaxation with friends or the whole family is perfect.
We offer a restaurant that serves delicious food, Internet access, laundry service, a volleyball field, and a campfire pit to connect and share stories. Half and full board are available at an extra charge.
We started this camp to help our children at SOHK, high-risk youth and the local community. The revenue of the camp will go to the future education of our children. Furthermore we create job opportunities for our former street children, orphans and the local community.
