Hi, I am Pam and I LOVE cooking. I have a passion for healthy food and try to minimize the use of processed food and sugar. I work a lot with traditional and indigenous ingredients.
Every Tuesday or Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm you can come and learn to make traditional Kenyan food like chapati, Samaki Wa Kupaka (Fish in Coconut Sauce), Matumbo (Tripe), Athola (Stewed Roasted Beef) and many more.
I work with dishes from various regions and tribes in Kenya.
I will show you different techniques and how to use the different ingredients. Afterwards you can enjoy your self-prepared delicious creations!
