Meet Komang

Hi, my name is Komang Suamba and the reason that I am providing you a herbal walk is that I was inspired by my grandmother from an early age. She treated all our family illnesses with herbal remedies and taught me to use the healing capabilities of nature. I am fluent in English and I am happy to answer all your questions. I am committed to keep Bali as green as possible and am passionate about herbs and their ability to heal. Preserving the environment is one of my big passions. Here in Bali we are beginning to feel the fears of the increasing number of products made of plastic, where plastic is the biggest enemy of nature, especially plastic bags which are not very friendly to the environment. Aside from educating visitors about our culture and nature, I help locals to realize the importance of preserving nature for our future.
